Project Structure
At Trew Knowledge, our projects utilize dedicated teams. These teams typically comprise a Project Manager, a Product Owner, a Technical Lead, and an adaptable number of Developers and QA resources, depending on the project’s needs. Assigning at least two developers to each project is our standard practice.
The technical lead is responsible for guiding significant architectural decisions. They also work in close partnership with the Product Owner, particularly during sprint refining and planning phases, to effectively translate User Story requirements into concrete, actionable tasks.
These team structures are project-specific and exist for the project’s duration, focusing solely on its successful delivery.
